With the line “Ulsan’s defining 2,033-unit complex” rising over high-rises and sculptures, this emblem film is the flagship image ad announcing the presale of Ulsan LALS. Over 2 min 43 sec, it points to the learning environment through a man deep in thought at a laptop, chin in hand, and a hand gripping a pencil over “Wolpyeong Elementary School” and “For kids who study.” It is part of a 5-video package that LOTTE E&C, SK ecoplant and Artec commissioned for the complex, and LABVAMOS handled full production.
