Regular Lecture Forum for Top Executives of a Major Business Group
2020.12–2026 (ongoing)Education & Public Sector
Video in KoreanAt this regular forum, top executives of a major business group hear guest lectures by speakers from industry, academia and government in Korea and abroad — a forum LABVAMOS has handled every year since the first session in December 2020. The client’s staff in charge have changed several times since then, but LABVAMOS has remained the operating partner from the start. LABVAMOS handled event operations, VIP protocol preparation, on-site screens and audio, real-time interpretation and streaming, and filming and editing — then went on to produce Korean and English content.

New contacts, same operating partner
This regular forum brings the group’s top management and executives together to hear guest lectures by speakers from industry, academia and government in Korea and abroad. Since the first session in December 2020, the client’s working-level contacts have changed several times, but the forum’s operating partner has never changed — it has been LABVAMOS since the very first session.
LABVAMOS has kept the forum going by holding to the operating standards built up session by session, so its format and quality stay consistent even when contacts change — and the forum continues to this day.

Trust that grows with every session
Handling an event attended by top executives year after year has itself become LABVAMOS’s strongest calling card. Through this forum, requests for events and videos keep coming in from several affiliates of the same group, and each completed project builds stronger trust within the group.
To protect the client’s confidentiality, the event name, attendees and speakers, and on-site videos and photos are not disclosed.
