Frequently asked questions
Questions we hear most before a project starts.
Q1.How long does production take?
It depends on the project. Live-action work takes about 2–3 weeks at the shortest and 1–2 months at the longest, from planning to post-production. A two-minute 2D motion graphics video takes roughly 3–4 weeks.
Q2.How is pricing decided?
Send us a reference video and we’ll quote to match it — or share a rough brief and your budget, and we’ll suggest references that fit. After the first estimate, we finalize the quote together at the kickoff meeting.
Q3.This is our first video project. Where do we start?
A dedicated project manager stays with you from start to finish. Just tell us what you want the video to say, and we’ll propose several concepts and production approaches, with the pros and cons of each.
Q4.Where can I see your past work?
Browse our portfolio by category and year. View portfolio →
Q5.Can we hire you for just one stage — planning, filming or editing?
Yes, you can engage us for individual stages. We’ll confirm scope, pricing and availability once we’ve reviewed the details.
Q1.Can we commission an AI video from you?
Yes, you can. We used AI to create the opening film for Hyundai Motor Company’s Ulsan Plant CIC, the intro and outro of Hyundai Transys’s Seosan Plant promotional film, presale marketing films for GS E&C and LOTTE E&C, and the Losié brand launch films. Find them all under “AI-assisted” in our portfolio. See AI-assisted work →
Q2.Can you combine live-action filming with AI?
Yes. Our presale marketing films for GS E&C and LOTTE E&C both combine live-action footage with AI. We’ll recommend the right balance of live action and AI for your goals.
Q3.How do timelines and costs differ for AI video?
It depends on the scope of planning and production. With a plan in place, AI cuts down on shooting and casting, so projects can move faster than conventional production. Pricing is based on video length and production scope.
Q4.What about copyright and likeness rights for AI video?
We generate with paid, licensed tools and open models to keep copyright clear. When a real person appears, we sign the same talent agreements as on any shoot.
Q5.How does LABVAMOS use AI?
We use AI for far more than image generation (T2I, I2I) and video generation (T2V, I2V, V2V). Our whole team uses AI across the entire production process, from planning to editing — that’s how we put AX (AI transformation) into practice. We’ve run a corporate R&D center since 2021, and in 2025 we were selected for a Ministry of SMEs and Startups R&D grant.
Q6.Do you offer talks and advisory work?
Yes. Our CEO currently serves as an advisory committee member for the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Climate & Environment Headquarters and on the steering committee of Kwangwoon University’s National HRD Consortium, and regularly speaks at public institutions, companies and universities. Find more at ryu.studiolab.co.kr, or contact us to request a talk.
Q1.What kinds of events do you handle?
We focus on corporate events where video and streaming are central: town halls, forums, conferences and seminars. One team covers everything from on-site broadcast setup to live streaming, event video and photography.
Q2.What do you provide on site?
LED screens sized to your venue, sound (PA), staging and POP materials — everything it takes for your content to look and sound right. We also create the event key visual and opening or intro videos.
Q3.Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube Live, webinar platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom, and secure internal networks. We’ll recommend the best fit for your event’s goals and audience.
Q4.Can you run the live event and the online stream together?
Yes. We manage the venue and multi-camera live switching together, so remote viewers feel like they’re in the room. We can add real-time graphics, split screens and live captions.
Q5.Can you show a video on the day of the event?
Yes. At HMG Global IT Forum 2026, we edited footage from all three days by the morning of day three and screened it that afternoon. For Hyundai Motor Company’s new-hire onboarding, the video was ready on the final day. We also shoot event highlight videos and photos.
Q6.What events have you worked on?
Recent work includes HMG Global IT Forum 2026, Hyundai AutoEver’s Global Tech Summit 2025 and CEO Town Hall, the live stream of Hyundai Motor Group’s Re:Boot Session, NEXON’s CEO town hall live stream and AB6IX’s comeback online talk on YouTube Live. See related news →
